Re: What's the latest in people's lives?
Stuck in that tough spot of choices. Have a peachy easy assignment right now, but been offered a spot in DC that pays a lot more. But I have to go back to being shot at and shooting again. On top of that, the drive is a good bit longer each day.

Pretty sure, although I've been doing a lot more chores that my wife tells me to do lately.Mikey wrote:Whittington, are you sure it's not a Ceti eel? Just sayin'.

Cushy - very lazy and relaxed.Granitehewer wrote:Cushy? Peachy? We got a Cockney!
Peachy - no stress no worries.
New job offer - more money but may die because of it.
Though as a side note, me and several personnel I work with are agreed and we are going to look into the offer and see when we can get the process rolling. I like money, I have to feed my warhammer addiction somehow.

I understand that you Rocky Dennis, am saying that those terms derive from the East London Cockney rhyming slang lol!

Really, funny... thought they were for a chair and a fruit.
On a side note, my bosses found out about my getting another job offer and quickly terminated me. Maybe they didn't like that I wasn't going to stick around?

I guess that makes the go/don't go decision for you.

Congrats!
What does defeat mean to you?
Nothing it will never come. Death before defeat. I don’t bend or break. I end, if I meet a foe capable of it. Victory is in forcing the opponent to back down. I do not. There is no defeat.

Congrats, Tsu! I don't smoke, but If I had a Cohiban, I'd give ya one, but on my budget, I'd be lucky if I could get Swisher Sweets!

Nah, its all just business. Having multiple officers leave at once looks really bad on your record. Makes everyone wonder whats wrong with you that you can't keep your staff happy. These are men and women who may have to die for you so what is it you're doing to push them away.
However if they fire a couple at once saying that they were cleaning house or just had better persons in reserve then its a bit easier to cover up.

My brother is having a second kid too. It's not a good thing. Between his psychotic wife who now on happy pills (he said he'd be lying if those pills did not make his life 200% better) but he has no job, and she is just fucked up in the head that she can't hold one.
So... yeah second kid. Yay.
