You can't blame the bureaucrafts for their lack of intent. Just for the totally useless way they are organising solutions.

That's where you're wrong, I can blame them all I want because that's just me.

I have no problem with laws against inciting violence, though I don't see that was done here.

But now we have laws against inciting hatred. This makes no sense to me. It's NOT illegal to hate muslims. I can hate muslims all I want, you can hate muslims all you want. But if I incite you to hate muslims... I've committed a crime. How can it be a crime to incite somebody to an attitude that is itself legal?

Seems pretty simple to me, regarding the take on this girl -

asshole: yes.
criminal: I don't see how.

For better or worse, like GK said about hatred, it's not illegal to be an asshole.

For some reason Muslims are both persecuted and coddled.

If Adam Athiest were to burn a Bible, he'd get bitched out by Michael Minister from Minisota. You burn a Jewish Corran, and you get accused of being a jew hater. You burn a Muslim holy book....they wanna put you in jail.

Seriously????????????

The more proper analog in Judaism for the Qu'ran is the Bible (Old Testament) - the Torah is just the so-called Five Books of Moses: Genesis, Leviticus, Exodus, Numbers, and Deuteronomy. But I figured Mark has a specific meaning in mind, because he's of Jewish descent.
