I know that if Ron Paul had been the Republican candidate, I wouldn't have jumped on the Obamawagon so easily.

I'd say Libertarians are farther to the right than I'd like but at this point I think they might be closer to where Republicans should be than the actual Republicans are right now.

Yep. Apparently somebody made it from an Australian birth certificate from the 60s. One noticeable detail is that it says "Republic of Kenya", and its date of certification is 10 months before Kenya became a republic.

Yes, but suing them only allows them to say, "Ah, there must be something in it otherwise why would they try and cover it up".

It was submitted to court. They could be held in contempt or some kind of serious charge for submitting knowingly false evidence.
