I'd say Libertarians are farther to the right than I'd like but at this point I think they might be closer to where Republicans should be than the actual Republicans are right now.

Yep. Apparently somebody made it from an Australian birth certificate from the 60s. One noticeable detail is that it says "Republic of Kenya", and its date of certification is 10 months before Kenya became a republic.
