At least we know it's not just US banks. Yesterday, Switzerland-based USB not only admitted its role in helping defraud consumers about investment ratings, they also agreed to roll over and sing about the originators of those investments.

Ahh but the fatal flaw in the plan is that Rochey cannot hold any office that could lead to being Prresident, so IIRC he can't get higher than SecState.

I'm a little fuzzy on that; I thought
president was the only office you can't run for if you're foreign-born.
I need to look into that.
