Bah, bloody St Pat.
You caould pepper this things with .454 rounds all you like, but unless you get one directly between and slighlty behind the eyes, don't take anything for granted.
We get a bunch of harmless snakes around here, and the occasional copperhead, water moccasin, or timber rattler.
