Yeah, I heard about that. Being a Godless person myself, I took offense that it was meant to discredit.

Prop 8 was a "marriage protection amendment"-type deal yes? Marriage is Man&Women etc.?

LOL, everybody's going crazy. I'm watching ABC News, and they got interrupted by a special news bulletin that Ohio is projected to go to Obama. Woot!

Yes. California's Supreme court decided in June that an existing law prohibiting gay marriage was unconstitutional (regarding the state's constitution), and overturned it. Prop 8 was meant to overturn that decision and re-establish the definition of marriage as between a man and woman.

ABC says 200 for Obama, 90 for McCain. And the popular vote is almost even! It always makes me uneasy when that happens...
