Governments are stupid. They do stupid things. Things like this. When you reach my age you won't be surprised by dumb stuff like this anymore, particularly not from Russia. It'll be quietly unbanned in a few months once they realise it's not going anything.

My Goth pal I met in the army (which is rather weird in and of itself) explained that emos were depressed and hated themselves. Goths hated everyone else and weren't depressed.
