Not really, most of the Western countries that were highly religious or have a state religion are the most reasonable of them all.

And the US which was founded as a secular government is infested with religious wackos.

Religion is at odds with reproductive health screenings? That's a valuable public service, like AIDS screenings in urban areas! 8)

On that note, the one serious concern is that they use safe practices. I'm sure they wouldn't dare do it otherwise, of course, so that shouldn't be a problem.

Indeed. Though in defence of the US, most of the original colonies were founded by religious chuckleheads fleeing England because they were too extreme.

I can't tell if your serious or not. But yes it is, it leads to premartial sex, abortion, broken homes and divorce. Though given that the ones with the massive divorce rate are religious it doesn't say much.
