I suspect that's a legacy of the massive drug and alcohol abuse that he rationalises as his god. I mean they guy only has the IQ of five PE teachers.

Thats true, Holly only had the IQ of 6000 PE teachers and he had a massive ship to control

Not true! I know some PE teachers who are MUCH brighter than Bush!
Of course, I know some hammers that are, also...

Yeah at this point you could replace Bush with a sack of rusty hammers and get better policy. Perhaps a War on Corrosion?

Unlikely to happen, the "vested interests" of rust primer and paint manufacturers would stop any war on corrosion getting to far

I've had some bright PE teachers before... some not so bright... like the guy now in jail for sleeping with a 7th grader... though he's probably out by now.
