Not true! I know some PE teachers who are MUCH brighter than Bush!
Of course, I know some hammers that are, also...

Yeah at this point you could replace Bush with a sack of rusty hammers and get better policy. Perhaps a War on Corrosion?

Unlikely to happen, the "vested interests" of rust primer and paint manufacturers would stop any war on corrosion getting to far

Or they could get lucrative, untendered contracts to supply the administration of President Hammersack with the materials required for the war.

I've had some bright PE teachers before... some not so bright... like the guy now in jail for sleeping with a 7th grader... though he's probably out by now.
