If you download it, you will not have any voices. Those were included in the later releases enhanced CD. However, all other points of the game are the same.

I can't remember did it have the original cast vocals?

The enhanced CD did, though the original release (which is the one available for download) did not. I have the enhanced CD, which has all of the main cast's voices and even Mudd's voice is done by the same guy.
