In general, I like how they're (mostly) portrayed doing what they were known for - Rogal Dorn building a fortification, Perturabo knocking it down, Magnus studying, Jaghat Khan riding a bike, etc.

Ferrus Manus was the primarch of the Iron Hands. After a battle with what might have been the Void Dragon, his hands were turned to "living metal," and the Iron Hands have since been heavily into the use of bionics.
And I said "in general." I don't know if there was a particular in joke about having to go to the bathroom.
