Their just like the french or the russians. If they can cry, gripe or complain about something then they will. Hell, it doesn't even have to be true with the russians. I doubt the serbs are any better.

It's not just any one group, it's everyone. History is littered with all different groups complaining about someone else doing the same thing that THEY just did. And every one of them is right - just ask them.
