Not at all - my argument is that the law of the land as it stands should be followed to the letter. I've been ignoring the whole issue of if, when and how to change it because it's irrelevant to the Swiss decision in Polanski's case.

Sorry, don't live in Switzerland nor is it within my power to force them to change their laws.


So, in your opinion, was it right for the soldiers to follow the laws instituted by Hitler and kill thousands in internment camps?
