I'm in sales. I can usually figure out what people's buttons are.

Well, it worked in this case.

hmmm...I do wonder how my character is going to go from the prison to the new RP ship though. I imagine Rochey won't want to just let me go. Hey Mikey, do you know which of Rochey's buttons will keep me from spending too much time in the brig?

I had kind of hoped that you had that figured out for yourself. If not, there's always the chance that if you resigned from Starfleet and promised to leave, the skipper would just wash his hand of you.

I suppose she can try to break away during the flight from teh Daystrome. It would be mighty difficult, though.

You mean back to the Daystrom? I plan on making that difficult.

well to quote the good Doctor(of Doctor Who):

Mickey: How do we do that?
The Doctor: Oh, I'll think of something.
Mickey: You're just making this up as you go along!
The Doctor: Yep. But I do it brilliantly!

Your idea is the closest thing I've come up with as far as planning. Even if that works I'm worried about the tholian and the breen trying to destroy me and my ship

Letting yourself get back to the Daystrom would probably be a bad idea. As has already been said, you're going to get thrown in the brig the moment you step on the ship, and blasting your way out might not be a great idea either.
Hmm, maybe Sally could follow Talora and Mikey when they leave. When they free you, you hop on the Dream and make a run for it. Probably with Talora in tow.

Well, Blackstar, figure it out and either post here or PM me and let me know if you take off after the rescue, or if you come back with me to the Daystrom. I can amend the rescue for either case.

Well, I guess I have to return for my adopted child. I guess I'll return to the Daystrom, hand my resignation to the captain, and then while Rochey is objecting I make an overly dramtic escape to my new ship, hiding nearby.

Oh, yeah> You have to come back for the kid. Well, it's yours to write, but I imagine that the captain would be willing to forget a lot in exchange for your resignation and disappearance.

Rochey might nor be so willing...
