It was really good!!!RK_Striker_JK_5 wrote:How was the holiday to Turkey, Metalhead?
The only thing that was akward was I was there with my (ex) girlfriend. Made things rather...strange, when we got back to the UK.
If you get a chance to go tho, go to OluDeniz and stay at Asena Beach, nicest hotel in the area, top notch holiday spot

Terribly sorry, but what's a fry up. I try to know as much British slang as possible, as it really is your language we're stealing over here. But I'm lost.MetalHead wrote:That would be me, I later finished that whole bottle, had some pints, and the smirnoff ice with a fry up in the morning (ouch)

More info than you could possibly care about on 'fry ups'.Terribly sorry, but what's a fry up. I try to know as much British slang as possible, as it really is your language we're stealing over here. But I'm lost.

Sounds delicious. I never understood you Brits and the whole eggs and beans thing. Until I had it. I try to stick away from the bacon/sausage/fried stuff, but dear lord, a full breakfast served in various Irish/English style pubs here is wonderful. Hmm, I think I'm going to have myself some eggs/beans now.
* I'm on a moderately healthy diet due to my workouts, so high protein/low fat are usually my goals. So for any fitness freaks out there/dietary restrictions, may I recommend the following, for a moderately decent knockoff.
5 egg white omlette, 2 slices whole wheat toast, 1 serving kidney beans in bbq sauce, 2 strips turkey bacon, 2 strips turkey sausage, 1/2 tomato, 1/2 cup canned mushrooms. You're looking at about 10g of fat, 50g+ protein.

Well I'm an American, i'm from Florida, but I've lived in England since I was wiped out by hurricanes. Dude believe me, if you think their slang is bad you should try some of the accents here. They're so mental that sometimes I don't know how to respond besides laughing.
Occaisonally at work (a hardware store chain) I can't understand and people have to write down 'GO IN THE BACK AND GET THE FIRE I ORDERED'

Other than some refined protein, I try not to take too many suplements. I'm trying to lose a lot of my existing body fat, so Tribulus wouldnt' work for me. Sida isn't readily used in America as a weight loss treatment, and I'm not sure if I'd use it anyways. As for creatine: When I get around to having the $ and the set gym schedule, I will likely get back on creatine and BCAA's. But the truth is, it's 70% diet and a vast majority of exercise. If I were bodybuilding I'd be more concerned about a suplement. It's more getting into a decent shape now.Granitehewer wrote:Bry, do you take creatine mono, sida or tribulus?
