Sure why not? And by then it should be de-classified because the rest of the world will have caught up to their tech. In fact, lets argue that GD survived WWIII and assissted Dr. Cochrane with his plans for Warp Drive. Heck, we can even say Dr. Cochrane worked for GD at some point!
