NYPD Officer Assaults Cyclist at Critical Mass Ride

A representative for TIMES UP! tells us that the cyclist in this video was arrested, held for 26 hours, and charged with attempted assault and resisting arrest.
Turns out the guy who was assaulted was an army vet. Only in New York.

Yeah the cops story seems a little off... :roll:
