When Janeway ordered the "killing" of Tuvix to get the original two back
And
In Counterpoint when she tricks the Devore commander with the barrels of fruit/ veg in the transporter where the telepaths were hiding to cover their escape.

Ok I'll admit ramming the time ship was prob best but I wanted to come up with something different, kinda short poll with one option :)

It also showed that she was willing to do what was needed to get what she wanted, whether or not it was the right decision is another matter.

Maybe this poll should differ in that it should be Janeway's worst moment. Every moment she's alive is a worst moment.
