lol, my neck was killing the next day. Don't do it that often, for that reason, and also I have glasses which fall off my face and end up destroyed (first time I went to a concert lost my glasses to the feet of a mosh pit)

Maybe that's why some of the assistants in B&Q look a bit dazed if that's what you get up to in your breaks!

I'm going to guess you had one hell of a headache after that! :)

I think you need to learn the difference between can't and won't
What does defeat mean to you?

Nothing it will never come. Death before defeat. I don’t bend or break. I end, if I meet a foe capable of it. Victory is in forcing the opponent to back down. I do not. There is no defeat.

I'm not sure why I'd want to do that. But then, sometimes the Pet Shop Boys really do get my blood flowing and I've gotta let some aggression out :D

Headbanging is definitely not for letting out aggression. i can tell, the only thing it miht do is leaving you wth more anger because your brains have just been shaken to pulp.

Headbanging is for what you want it to be. Personally, I find it fun, and a way to enjoy the music, much like dancing in the sense that if you like the song, you will dance. if not, you will sit or stand still.

Same with headbanging. If the song is cool and gets your blood pumping, you might headbang. If its not, you might just sorta stand there and think 'this band sucks'
