Plus, even discounting the Romulan shuttle, we do have a couple of embarked assault craft.

However, I think this is going to have to wait for some business to wrap up planetside.

I need to post up a bit with Ti'Val as well as a conversation with Inadrin...it will probably lead to a briefing with Blackstar and the rest of the crew.

Right, I've started writing. I'm thinking I'll sort out Mikey's business with Diego, as we can get that out of the way pretty easily, which will lead us on to Reliant's proposed crew briefing, which will then lead us to Tsu's character when we finaly leave the planet.

Cool. If you need to clarify anything we'd discussed, PM me. I'll be around intermittently.

Hmmm... would it be too gruesome to write up what comes next, or would it b a "character piece?"

And the "amasec" is a nice touch.

Actually, I have neither the tabletop game (any longer - not since about a million years ago,) Epic, Necromunda, Gothic, or Dawn of War PC (yet.) I have been a fan of the universe, and have recently gotten into the Black Library fiction titles.

Correct, though it's not from the game. It's an alcoholic drink that appears in the Gaunt's Ghosts series of novels, set in the same universe. The drink is native to, and quite popular on, the planet of Verghast.

Actually, I haven't read those yet. I got the reference from the Eisenhorn trilogy by the same author.

I'll try to get something up today/tonight. Does anyone have severely unfinished business that we can't make ready to get underway?

No....If Inadrin can offer to accompany us on our journey, then my business can be completed elsewhere.

I didn't mean we would have to take off immediately, just make ready... and even if Inadrin can only accompany us to the rendezvous with Tsukiyumi's new character, that should be enough tim to transact your business, no?
