Call of Duty 4

Post by colmquinn »

I've been playing this great game on line on my Xbox 360 for a little while now and I think its the best first person shooter there is. Which is best is obviously a whole other discussion.
Any of you guys playing it and if so do you wanna meet up sometime online and have a good old fashioned bit of mindless violence?

I have it on PS3. Haven't played it in a few months but its pretty good. I wish I could plug my mouse into my PS3 I'd kick some serious ass at it but sadly I'd have to get a specially designed PS3 keyboard and mouse.

The single player game itself is a bit on the short side but the on line play really make it worthwhile if you ask me.

To be honest I haven't tried connecting a mouse to x360 but I'm sure you could since it uses USB's for the controllers and it is made by Microsponge afterall.

Great game. I have it for the 360, and would currently rank it as my second favourite I have for that console.

I've this game on the PC. I know the levels back to front, but sneaking round with a shotgun is great fun, though them dogs are damned annoying.

Your probably better off that way, the gibbering children on Guild Wars drove me off online play forever. And that was a good game.

GOW isn't a bad game but it just didn't do it for me I'm afraid, I must admit I did enjoy the "bayonet" they had on the rifles
