Gotta love the Japanese.
We went on a cruise in Japan and I'm sure the Cruise Director (head of entertainment for the ship) said that on stage in front of an audience once of English speaking and Japanese guests. He had a Japanese assistant who would repeat everything he said for the Japanese speakers. He was joking that he did speak Japanese and used that as an example. Or did I dream that...
