Site outage
We have experienced a major disk failure followed by a CPU failure on the server. We are almost back in working order (with a replacement server).

I've updated the forum video tag to better respect the aspect ratio that YouTube uses these days (16:9). I've also taken the opportunity to increase the size while I did it. It should prevent the truncation that was happening previously.
