Yes...I'd expect we'd spend a night still docked and then leave lovely and fresh in the morning. Well..you might not be fresh if you did anything the previous night but that's not the point....

I think Blackstar should hold a meeting for the crew. We need to know where we're going, what we'll be doing, how legal it is, what jobs we'll be doing on the ship, how much we're getting paid, etc, etc.

Any thoughts on letting people start messing with the systems yet?

(Feel free for any of the three commanders to reply. Cech would go with whoever he felt most likely to say "yes". Probably Gunny as he seems practical that way.)

It's OK with me, but I'm sure Gunny would ask for an assessment first, and then periodic reports as well as a random spot-check or two. You're right in thinking that he prefers substance over style, but he is an ol'skool military man, after all - you don't get a 500-year-old nickname for "gunnery sergeant" for nothing, you know.

Alright feel free to suggest changes that I should add if needed. Sorry that it's so long. I guess conversation really adds length for relatively few words.

Anyway I was trying to address how the ship goes so fast (earlier Blaskstar had said it was due to future technology from Sally). Actually selling some of that could be how Blackstar got the ship.

I also added in a little flavor. Keeps us thinking. We can run. But we probably don't want to do it all the time. Actually I think the defiant had this probablem as well at some point. I forget the details.

Sorry i havent been posting recently, guys. Its just.. i havent been able to think of anything to post, and, well... to tell the truth ive been helping my friend restart her Mideval RP guild by writing the fluff for her, so my brain hasnt really been in sci-fi mode xD

Ill make a post today, though. Oh, and, by the way.. seeing as he's not actually part of the engineering team, would Jabs be able to get into engineering? I mean, its a merc ship, not a federation one, so i doubt there'll be stuff like colour coded security cards and rank detecting commbadges... and he'd be following Chech anyway >.>

What the hey? Star Trek has never had that stuff(they really should have better security in some areas though.) Are you sure it was a Star Trek RP that you had a bad experiance with?
