Regarding the EU, this guy has it right as far as I'm concerned.

It certainly does sound a bit shady, but if that's the way that the UK is willing to let business be done then one can hardly fault the businessmen for adhering to the given rules. While I personally think that the actual charge for the service should be disclosed up front, even if it isn't it's still a separate entity from an unfavorable exchange rate.IanKennedy wrote:As I just said the fee isn't known to anyone buying money over here.
