Seems like the "domino effect" the regional leaders feared so much is happening. Its good to see that people power still means something,

Well, I guess Tunisia sparked the current movement. The reason that Egypt became so noteworthy over other nations in the area was probably due to the speed of how things came together - helped by the heavy usage of Facebook and Twitter in organizing the dissenters.

I think it was Newsweek that had the headline "Rage Goes Viral". Seemed pretty apt for this situation.

And in other news, Iran has moved to preemptively quell any such issues. Apparently, they've banned any sort of cooking shows featuring non-Iranian cuisine. :lol:
