By hand it only takes about two seconds. With a blade, pen, or anything sharp in the hand it takes about a third of a second.

Yeah, but that's if you don't mind getting caught, to not get caught, or have any chance of it, it takes a great deal longer, believe me...

Not true, there are simple ways around the getting caught. I won't go into them as I don't believe that civis should ever know or understand those ways. Hmm... Interesting, well I can see diplomatic immunity is certainly a way out of being convicted, but caught is different. But still, I guess they exist, I guess I'll just have to find out how...
