It's a double standard. Simple as that and like every other double standard those on the benefited side of it will rarely acknowledge that it exists or try to do anything to fix it.

Yeah, but there's nothing to fix. Men like looking at (certain) women topless, and women like looking at (certain) men topless. Where's the issue? Let's all run around naked and ogle each other. Well, not most of the forum members, but I think you get my point.

I don't think there's an issue personally. However if you're on the women's side and think they have a point, I don't, then there's something to fix.

Some men will ogle some women no matter what they wear. Other men will ogle no one no matter what they don't where. There's nothing really that can be done to change that, save selective assassinations, which I do not recommend.

I have a sneaking suspicion that the women who are protesting this issue most strongly are probably the ones who didn't get ogled quite as much as their girlfriends.
