Actually, from the looks of the credits in part 13/13, it seems to be Canadian.

Well I knew it wasn't British, that's for sure. Though I could've sworn it was a US production.

The company AAC Fact, is apparently Canadian. I can't find anything beyond that.

None. They always surrender right before they finish the job and never tell you why.

Believe me when I say that you're taking the best course of action by just ignoring it.

Well, I find it hard to differentiate between any non-European accents, so I'm happy to believe you there.

Well, that's not surprising. You probably don't run into too many of them in the US. Meanwhile, lots of western European nations are getting large amounts of immigrants from eastern Europe coming into the countries, so we're getting more and more exposed to their accents.

My ability to distinguish American accents pretty much stretches to stereotypical southern, and plain northern. I can't distinguish a canadian, or any particular regional accents. Now, french from spanish from italian from belgian from german from austrian...I can do.

The typical Canadian doesn't really have an accent, aside from the Newfies and French Canadians. They may have the odd weird pronunciation; "youse" for "you guys" is popular in my area (and it makes them sound like a complete fucking idiot) but by and large a Canadian doesn't really have an identifiable accent.

True, most Canadians are hard to tell apart from Americans. Minus the "A" sound that you guys make.
