I thought I saw that; my reception is terrible on certain channels.

That sucks. RIP King of Pop. :(

Although his later years were plagued by controversy, the man was damned talented. He owned the 80's. :(

RIP, Michael.

Controversy or not, the man was a hugely formative influence on pop music, and nobody should have to die so early.

He was seven years younger than my mom. Makes me worry.

Just heard about this. I don't mean to sound callous, but I really don't care. If he had died back in the 80's, I might have, but not at this point.

However, it was unexpected.

Agreed, it's a damn shame.

Ditto, I never cared for the man or his music. It's not entirely unexpected though, he was obviously a plastic surgery addict and it wouldn't surprise me if he was addicted to other things.

The Catholic Church had him assassinated for taking their pleasure-boys.

Don't let the conspirists here that... they'd find "proof".

It's been reported on CNN that they're going to melt down his face and turn it into plastic toys so that children can play with him for a change.

Too soon?
