No argument from me on thos last points, though I find your stance on that to be rather leftist based on your positions on some other issues. Not that I mind, though.

Fair enough. I guess I am leaning toward the extreme in this matter, if by that you mean "I believe in a certain way and nothing will change my mind." I just can't get my head around the fact that we are tasking children with policy and law enforcement. If a 14-year-old kid is going to learn how tohandle a gun, he ought to be doing it in order to hunt or for range-shooting. Let adults handle the adult work.
