Some of us are planning on going into the caves to find some food and water.

Yeah bob, but the chances of that are slim, but not too slim, I don't really feel safe doing it, but it's needed, we need food and water if we want to survive long enough for a rescue party to come along.

Well, how about half of us starts the fire and sticks around base camp and the other half try and find food and water, how does that sound to everyone?

Nah, I think lil bro here is just getting tired or something.
We have to sleep sooner or later, how will we tackle that obstacle, I don't like death, anyone have any better ideas then mine, which is a 2 person shift that switches out every 2 hrs or so for rest?

That'll work. We've got -what?- 8? Four shifts of 2 will work nicely. If we sleep from 10PM to 6AM, then that's just two hours per shift.
