Star Trek D.A.C.

Post by Nickswitz »

Looks like it's based on the new movie, might be cool.
Looks like everyone is being very quiet about it though.

Oh, It's an online multiplayer game, First person shooter from the looks of it, apparently no one has released much information about it. You play as either Feds or Rommies. It doesn't have much to do with the movie besides the factions though.

They've mentioned it on TrekMovie. One weird thing is that the Romulan ships are apparently inspired by the Narada, which doesn't make much sense, unless there's a whole time traveling Romulan fleet. :?

I'll give it a try whenever the heck it comes out IF its free. if its a proper FPS then i might pay for it.
If its just a top down, then I am not willing to pay for it.

I looked at Legacy the other day,but then Relient's cyber voice went off in my head, warning I was wasting money...........ended up getting a zombie killing game instead. Now, I just need to figure out how little bro managed to install a computer chip in my head to allow me to hear his warning from across both the Atlantic AND the mainland US....hmmmmmmmmmm

Legacy is only ever any good on Xbox, OR if you Modify the PC version with one of the big mods.

Legacy isn't good on the Xbox. Trust me on that.

Oh, relatively better, yes.
Of course, being punched in the gut is relatively better than being kicked in the balls. Doesn't mean I want either of them.

Buggy mostly, and the physics engine is not great. Plus the story is a bit...iffy. Playability, i enjoy it, so long as you can endure the odd bug.

Any fixes to download from Xbox Live? I have that Gold Memebership now, after all.

Not that I know of but there may be some. Bethesda sort of...abandoned the game post launch.
