That is what is considered the E-F in most fan circles. Don't know who designed it. The image is a screencap from Bridge Commander.
Basically, a new ship that looks similar to the Sov, but isn't the same.
Much better than the other monstrosity.
And it doesn't come with transphasic crapola.

I have a solution to Wankships..........they are called the "O"

A mythical race of beings who believe they are divinely blessed to conquer and rule the universe. They fly around in giant egg shaped ships with one massive twiddleedee ray which can instantly overload any type of protective shields. There is no defense against their weapons.

They are drawn to wankships, and feed on the massively overpowered ships. In turn, they excrete the minerals used to build more of their own ships, sparking many a Captain who sees them to immediately identify the egg shaped ship as.....
