What does defeat mean to you?

Nothing it will never come. Death before defeat. I don’t bend or break. I end, if I meet a foe capable of it. Victory is in forcing the opponent to back down. I do not. There is no defeat.

Have to love them indeed - you couldn't make something like that up.

hmmm...

a mail carrier strike ends but the mail carriers don't learn about it since there's no one to bring them the mail?

(supposing there were bank teller unions) Obama creates new jobs but the workers can't cash their paychecks because of a bank teller strike?

:P

I think you mean famous french victories ;)

And they've had a whole slew of them. Just not many ended on the winning side of the war. But they have won many battles. How else would they have been a threat to someone with a great war record like England.

In fairness, it's only been since the 20th century that the French have started to royally suck.
