Just found what I was thinking of - it's 4% who think things are "better in the US now than they were 5 years ago." The economy poll had 92% saying things were "fairly or very bad." (why that isn't 100% is still beyond me)
Also says Obama enters with higher ratings than any of the last 5 Presidents.
