I don't know if CPS would get involved. He has a stable home with parents. Just his dad let's him do whatever the hell he wants and he's running wild. I have to confess, that once I tried to put myself in the position to where he'd try and screw with me. I planned to bring him up short really quick, BUT things didn't quite work out.
