Well, no one deleted anything, so my only suggestion is that Staplic's computer is at fault.

The only things next to "bookmark" on my screen are "Board Index" and "Subscribe to topic".

hypothisis confirmed. If a topic you created has been inactive for so long your presented with the option to bump it. It only works after so long (not sure how long that is), and if it's your topic, you can't bump a thread created by someone else.
