That sucks, Reliant. My sympathies.

Ahh it was along time ago. I can remember it very vaguely. I remember most the peeling of my skin. I wont go into that. lets say it wasn't pleasant.

Finally got my internet sorted.
I fell asleep in my [first ever] lecture this morning because I had about 2 hours sleep and 20 bottles of San Miguel last night. Bit rough.

The first lectures are always easy introduction ones. If uni over there is anything like it is here all you have to do to pass the first year is show up to at least half your classes.

It's more than that, though you're right with most courses, because the 1st year is just entry to actually getting marks in your degree in the 2nd and 3rd year. In physics here though all 3 years are contributing. Still, today's lecture wasn't really a lecture, more of a course outline.

I've been back in classes for the better part of a month already!

I get way too much homework. I can't stand it because I don't have time for my social life anymore. :( I work around my hw most of the time though.

If you mean, "feel OK about it," then no I don't. If it wasn't upsetting, then it wasn't much of a relationship.

to "merely" cope: remember that it's OK to feel like sh*t. You're allowed. I know I'm probably going to sound too much like a dad here, but I'm 23 years older than you and I'm allowed. It WILL get better. I promise. It's like any other painful experience - you have natural ways of getting through, but you have to let those ways take their course - you will get mad, you will get sad, you will wonder why, and you will finally accept it. The trick is to have faith that these steps will happen, because they are awfully tough to see from the inside.

What hurt me most was that I ended it. But I really hate hurting people. The fact that I have done so is really painful.

That's often worse than the other way around. But remember that you can't go around hurting yourself, either - I presume there was a reason that you did what you did, and you must remember that you count for as much as anybody else.

As he has told me. I do have reason, but i wont disclose that. I am the kind of person that naturally believes itself to feel guilty for something, even if it was not his fault. I naturally put the other person before myself.

It's an admirable quality, Reliant, but you can't allow that to dictate your own happiness (or lack thereof.)

That is the skill I have yet to master, or yet to even take under learning.
