Pakistan ordered to fire on US Troops
Re: Pakistan ordered to fire on US Troops
Pakistan didn't really mind the foreigners crossing the border by South Waziristan. What set this up was the murder of 15 civilians by the invading forces. The Pakistani people were already distrusting of the international forces crossing their borders, now Pakistanis are being killed by the foreigners. The Pakistani government must show that with all these foreign interests around, they still have their people's well being as the #1 concern. I am surprised the Pakistani generals would go as far as put an order to shoot at U.S. troops.

I'm not surprised. US Soldier operating in Pakistan without their governments approval is technically an act of war...

Mexico has done it to the US rescently.KuvahMagh wrote:I'm not surprised. US Soldier operating in Pakistan without their governments approval is technically an act of war...
I support the war in Afghanastan and Pakistan has done very little with the money we've given them besides beef up their preperations against India. If we think we know where bin Ladin is I say go into their country and kill him.

Charging across en masse to blow tens kinds of hell out of some village is a touch different to half a dozen lost squaddies happenning to wander across an unmarked border in the middle of a desert.Monroe wrote:Mexico has done it to the US rescently.

Your Government doesn't give a crap about illegal immigration and so far as I can tell neither do the two party's nominee's since I can't remember one of them saying it was bad and they would stop it. Why would you expect it to worry about this.Mexico has done it to the US rescently.
Besides, like Seafort said there is a difference in crossing a border and carrying out military strikes across a border.

And most of those "soldiers" in question were on the payrolls of the local druglords. They weren't doing it 'cause their government ordered them to, and nor were they conducting strikes on another country's soil.Mexico has done it to the US rescently.

Besides all that, take it up with Mexico... Your seriously justifying a blatant attack on an Allies Sovereignty with this? Obviously Pakistan hasn't been a great Ally and they have real problems but come on, thew two situations are no where near comparable.
